Production Controller is used to stabilize production level workflow. Production Controller links production level workflow to short and long range forecasts and enables automated updating of forecasts based on completion of activities. The use of Production Controller enables users to manage all levels of schedule through a single data set. With a stabilized project and reliable schedule forecasts, the concepts of resource leveling, pulling of materials and use of standard work processes can be implemented.
